Privacy Policy
This site is run by one person. This page says exactly what is collected, why, and how to have it removed — in plain language, not boilerplate.

Who is responsible
Rayspring Tech (光泉科技) is an independent one-person studio run by Ray Zou, operating remotely from Toronto, Canada. For any privacy question, or to have your data deleted, email [email protected] and it will be handled personally.
What is collected when you contact me
The contact form and the chat box collect only what you type: your name, email address, optionally your organisation, the project type and budget range you pick, and your message. The server also records the time of the submission and the IP address the request came from, which is used to stop automated spam. Nothing else is captured, and there is no tracking of what you read before you write.
The newsletter
If you use the subscribe box in the footer, your email address is stored so I can send occasional updates. There is no third-party mailing platform involved. Ask to be removed and you are removed — one email is enough.
App feedback
If you send feedback from one of my apps, that app may include your name, email, message, app version, device model, and any screenshot you attach. It is used only to reproduce and fix the problem you reported.
What is NOT done here
No advertising trackers. No Facebook or TikTok pixels. No third-party analytics or session recording. No profiling, no data brokers, and nothing is ever sold or shared for marketing. Cookies are not used to identify you.
Local settings stored in your browser
Your chosen theme and language are saved in your own browser (localStorage) so the site looks the same on your next visit. That value never reaches the server and is not a cookie. Clearing your browser data removes it.
Services this site relies on
Hosting is Hostinger (servers in the United States). Cloudflare sits in front of the site as CDN and security layer and processes connection data such as IP addresses to serve pages and block attacks. Email for [email protected] is handled by Hostinger. On Chinese-language pages only, one font file is loaded from Google Fonts. Google Analytics provides the visitor statistics described above. These providers are used because they are needed to run and understand the site — not to profile you.
How long things are kept
Enquiries are kept while a conversation is useful and for my own business records — normally up to two years — then deleted. Newsletter addresses are kept until you unsubscribe. App feedback is deleted once the issue is resolved and released. You can ask for earlier deletion at any time.
Your rights
You can ask what is held about you, ask for a copy, ask for corrections, or ask for deletion. Write to [email protected] and you will get an answer within a few days — from me, not a ticket system. If you are in Canada you also have recourse to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner.
Client projects
When I build a website or app for a client, any data belonging to that client's own users is the client's responsibility and is governed by their own privacy policy. My access exists only to build and maintain the system, and ends when the work does.
This page describes real behaviour of this website and is written to be understood, not to be legally impressive. It is not legal advice.
