About Ray

Hi, I’m Ray, the founder of Rayspring Tech.

I work directly with clients to plan, design, build, test and launch websites and digital systems — practical solutions for small businesses, churches, nonprofit organizations, service providers and multilingual teams. Rayspring Tech is not a large agency: you deal with me from the first message to launch, which keeps the process clear and cuts out the misunderstandings that creep in when work passes between hands.

About Ray

Why Rayspring Tech

The name combines “rays,” meaning beams of light, with “spring,” meaning a source, a new beginning, and hope. Rays also connects with my name, Ray.

I started Rayspring Tech because I want to use technology to bring clarity, direction, and practical help to small businesses, churches, nonprofits, and multilingual communities.

About my work

Useful tools for real people and small teams

My work focuses on websites, apps, booking systems and admin dashboards. I am especially interested in practical digital systems for small teams without large budgets or technical staff.

My background connects ministry work, nonprofit experience and multilingual communication. I speak Chinese, English and Burmese, and I understand the needs of small organizations, churches, immigrant communities and service-based businesses.
